Dr. Vicente Quintana is the President and Founder of the consulting firm, Dr. Vicente Quintana Consultant, LLC.

He has earned a Doctorate of Management on Homeland Security from Colorado Technical University. Also, he earned a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Criminal Investigator at American University of Puerto Rico.

Dr. Quintana joined the Army of the United States, where he was trained and certified as Finance Management. Based on his skills in Finance, he applied his knowledge to his personal life. He was able to consolidate all his debts as well as be free of debts. His success of free debts and be able to manage and restructure his way of doing things brought him to share his success through his book Un cambio de mentalidad es la clave del éxito (A change of mindset is the key to success). This book is in English  and  Spanish. 

Dr. Quintana is proud to help customers build their dreams and be able to live their lives free of debts. Therefore, he truly believes that success is in the effort you make and not what others think about you.

Dr. Iris Pérez is the Vice-President of the consulting firm, Dr. Vicente Quintana Consultant, LLC. 

Dr. Pérez earned a Doctorate of Management on Organization Development and Changes from Colorado Technical University. Moreover, she earned a Master in Manufacture Competitiveness with a major in Quality Management from Politécnica University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor in Natural Science with a major in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico.

Dr. Pérez has over 15 years working with pharmaceutical and hospital systems. Her expertise is in quality control and her passion is to transform and improve performance in the organization that will lead to being a happier place to work. Therefore, those improvements will lead to enabling changes to employee behavior and leadership effectiveness that will result in customer satisfaction. Over the years, she has applied her knowledge and skills to bring organizations back to profitability.

Furthermore, Dr. Pérez is a motivational speaker.  She created her blog The Inspirational Hope-Fe blog. The purpose of the blog is to inspire people to embrace their goals,  develop a winning mindset, and continue living to their fullest capacity that lead to future success.
